Suave Scrambled Eggs

Cooking time - Five minutes
Calories - hardly any I reckon

Put the grill on so it's dead hot. Break two eggs in a saucepan, scramble with a wooden spoon on the hob till they are not quite 'ready'. Lightly toast two rounds of wholemeal seeded bread in the toaster. All this can be done whilst the grill is warming up, (remember, be time efficient in the kitchen!)
Pour egg mixture on toast, lie two large slices of mushroom together on top, and slice up a couple of cherry tomatoes. Place tomato slices on top.
Plenty of proper black pepper, a pinch of salt, a splash of Worcester sauce and pop them under the hot grill till the eggs are brown and fluffy and omlettesque. Serve on a white plate with a pink rim and some chilled orange juice.
tips
For a tasty none vegetarian option, have a sausage sandwich.

Excellent!

Just watch the corners of the bread, because it's already lightly toasted, you'll have to watch they don't burn.

You're not going to tell me who you are, are you? (it dosen't matter, It's nice to be mysterious sometimes).

Enjoy your eggs!
