Dummy, in King Creole

So I get home after playing tonight, and the phone goes and it's a friend in Memphis. He says "here, have a word with this bloke . . it's the guy who played Dummy in the movie King Creole!"
He passes the phone to someone and then I'm exchanging pleasantries with this guy, who played Dummy. . in, erm, King Creole.
But what do you say?
We chatted about the weather, and and I said "I didn't know you could talk!" (he plays a dumb guy in the movie). He said "yea".
Honestly, what do you say?
But I was pleased, because King Creole is my favourite Presley movie. You can get it for about £3.00 on DVD. You should! go on, then you can see Dummy. My new best mate!
Been chatting to him on the phone only earlier!
