Indeed. I suppose this was a 'light hearted' piece at the end of a news prog. They do this a lot on local news. The face of Charlie Chaplin in a custard cream, Mr William's train set in his loft, Mr Smith's dog fetches the paper from the corner shop and what a clever mutt he is.
