I'd love to show you a decent picture of last night's Keith James and Rick Foot concert, but since my super groovy little pocket camera fell off the marker at the top of the Wrekin, I've been reduced to taking phone photos and they're crap. So that's me up town to find someone to fix it.But it was a night of mighty fine music. Mostly Nick Drake stuff, but also some John Martyn, and original stuff. The crowd, as ever, were an earnest lot.
And rehearsals tonight for our own gig in Albrighton tomorrow. It's a musical life these days!

Had Rick James not been playing in Bilston I'd have liked to have gone to the
premiere of the Standing With Stones DVD in aid of the Rollrights Trust last night. I've watched this great DVD several times now, and it's simply superb. I'm sure you'll see some news about it on Jane's weblog (link on right), she was exhibiting some of her beautiful paintings in the foyer on the night.
Hope you got some sales there Jane! (art is wonderful, but money earned from something you love is sweet indeed!).
